The Regional Statistical Development Program 2018-2023 is a publication prepared by the Philippine Statistics Authority in coordination with various agencies and stakeholders in the Regional Statistical System.
The Regional Statistical Development Program (RSDP) 2018-2023 serves as a mechanism for setting the directions, strategies and priorities of the regional statistical system (RSS), and for defining the priority statistical development programs and activities to be undertaken in the medium term. .
An accompanying document of the Northern Mindanao Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022, it addresses its data requirements, other sectoral plans, including international commitments such as the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
It is a product of series of consultations with the various stakeholders of the RSS, such as the national government agencies, local government units, academe, private sector, and other data users, at the regional and local levels.
This publication contains the strategic planning framework, milestones and key challenges, and statistical issues and challenges. It also presents the major statistical development programs to be undertaken in 2018-2023 to address the identified issues and challenges.
