To ensure the safety and health of individuals against the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and to aid in the contact tracing of possible infected individuals, all visitors/clients entering the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) premises1 are encouraged to accomplish a Health Survey Form.

PSA Resumes Conduct of Surveys Amidst COVID-19 Pandemic

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is granted exemption from the Enhanced Community Quarantine as per COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Resolution No. 22, series of 2020 dated 08 April 2020 , to operate at a capacity necessary to conduct data gathering and survey activities related to COVID-19. This means that PSA employees is one of the Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) to conduct surveys.


In compliance with Republic Act No. 11469 or the “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act,” Proclamation Nos. 929 and 922 (s. 2020) and in view of the approval of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases’ Joint Resolution No. 20 (s.2020), to EXTEND the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) over the entire Luzon until 11:59 p.m.
