Cagayan de Oro City recorded the 10th biggest contribution among 82 provinces and 17 Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs) to the country's Services with a gross value added (GVA) of PhP 197.4 billion, or a share of 1.6 percent to the country’s Services.
Moreover, Misamis Occidental had the 24th biggest contribution to Services with a share of 0.7 percent.
Services was the biggest contributor among major industries to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which recorded a total gross value added of PHP 12.2 trillion in 2022.
