The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Northern Mindanao inspection team headed by Regional Field Office Chief Jutchel L. Nayra and Special Investigator II Daphne Lunsayan visited the Philippine Statistics Authority-Regional Statistical Services Office 10 (PSA RSSO 10) on 21 July 2023 inspecting compliance with the Republic Act 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and other ARTA issuances.

During the inspections, the team checked on the important requirements and features that are expected from an office in delivering frontline services such as the presence of an updated and complete Citizen's Charter at the most conspicuous place indicating its step- by-step process, processing time, person responsible, basic requirements and fees. This was also checked if this can be easily understood by the public, thereby avoiding confusion.

Moreover, there was also assessment on the presented documentary requirements based on the set ARTA compliance matrix.

ARTA inspection team highly commended PSA RSSO 10 under the management of Officer-in-Charge Janith C. Aves for effectively implementing and complying with the Ease of Doing Business Law. They also provided recommendations on how to further improve the PSA services.
