The Philippine Statistics Authority-X (PSA-X) is set to release the results of the 2024 Functional Literacy, Education, and Mass Media Survey for Northern Mindanao through a Regional Data Dissemination Forum on 30 May 2025 (Friday) at 08:30 AM. Select regional line agencies and stakeholders of the education sector, local government unit, higher education institutions (HEIs) and media personnel are invited to attend at the forum at Lambago Function Hall, 2nd Floor of N Hotel, located in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City.

Chief Statistical Specialist Sarah B. Balagbis and Senior Statistical Specialist Cristine T. Gallopin of the Statistical Operations and Coordination Division will present key findings of the region’s basic and functional literacy levels and mass media exposure, respectively. The event will be highlighted by the presence of key officials from the Department of Education-X, Department of Economy, Planning and Development-X and the Department of Information and Communications Technology-X. These officials will serve as keynote speaker and discussants, providing valuable insights and perspectives on the data presented.
