MALAYBALAY CITY. PSA CRS Outlet goes live on Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase 2 (CRS-ITP) on 15 June 2023.

The CRS-ITP2 involves computerization of the civil registry operations of the PSA, designed to collect, access, store, maintain and manage civil registry documents and the specimen signatures of all city and municipal registrars using imaging technology. It also includes producing vital statistics and making the civil registry services available nationwide through the CRS outlets and other authorized partners.

An improved and secured Civil Registry System through various forms of authenticity verification. The new features of the security paper (SECPA) include the Quick Response (QR) code on every page of the civil registry document. In addition, a unique transaction number per document, a serial number, and assignment of Birth Reference Number (BREN), Marriage Reference Number (MREN), and Death Reference Number (DREN).
