The Philippine Identification System (Philsys) team in Misamis Occidental, in collaboration with government agencies and private institutions, successfully conducted the "Serbisyo Caravan outreach Program 2024," enabling eighteen (18) unregistered clients to obtain their unique PhilSys identification number and have their biometrics accurately recorded.

The event, which took place on April 22, 2024, at the Barangay Guba Covered Court in Clarin, Misamis Occidental, showcased the government's commitment in providing essential services and support to citizens under the leadership of Mayor Emeterio D. Roa, Jr., and SP Members. The joint initiative brought together several critical agencies that play pivotal roles in the welfare and development of the community.

The outreach program caters to the following barangays: Penacio, Bernad, Dalingap, Bitoon, Sebasi, Guba, Malibangcao, Cabunga-an and Segatic Daku.

The Philippine Identification System, known as PhilSys, aims to provide valid proof of identity for all Filipinos, promoting efficient and inclusive service delivery in both the public and private sectors. By issuing each citizen a unique permanent PhilSys number, the government can better target and deliver to those who need them the most.
