Iligan City’s Consumer Price Index posted at 118.5 for the month of September which imply that the price of one basket of goods was 18.5 higher than the price of goods in year 2018.

Lanao del Norte’s Consumer Price Index posted at 116.2 for the month of September which imply that the price of one basket of goods was 16.2 higher than the price of goods in year 2018.

Northern Mindanao

Regional inflation increased to 6.6 percent in August 2022, from 6.3 percent in the previous month. The inflation rate in August 2021 was lower at 3.6 percent. (Table A and Figure 1)

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Misamis Occidental for the month of August 2022 registered at 118.3, which implies that the same basket of goods and services worth 100 pesos in 2018 has increased by 18.3 percent in August 2022.

Inflation Rate in Camiguin Slowed Down to 7.8%

The headline inflation in the Province of Bukidnon have increased from 6.0 percent in July 2022 to 6.5 percent in August 2022. Inflation rate from August 2021 was lower at 2.7 percent. The average inflation for 2022 is 5.1percent.
