QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
| Education: | Bachelor’s degree preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Sociology, or other related courses |
| Training: | Preferably with relevant training in data management, presentation, and analysis |
| Experience: | Preferably with experience in CBMS operations; Preferably with experience on data management, data visualization, and data analysis; With background in microcomputers and operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Windows. |
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare analysis and statistical-related outputs, including charts, tables and maps, for the CBMS data presentations and data turnover ceremonies in the Local Government Units (LGUs).
- Review processed CBMS datasets for completeness and apply data quality checks to detect outliers, missing values, or other inconsistencies in the data.
- lnvestigate and address data issues and inconsistencies flagged by PSA field offices by liaising with Field Validators and enumeration teams, then document findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with lT and data processing units to troubleshoot any system-related issues affecting data quality.
- Assist the PSA Regional Focal Person in the monitoring of CBMS data processing operations.
- Perform olher 2024 CBMS-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
