Mr. Jayquel S. Peñaloga, Planning Officer of the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI), was the champion of the Inter-Agency Statistics Quiz Show conducted virtually during the 32nd NSM Closing Ceremony held on 29 October 2021. Other winners were Ms. Hannah Marie E. Arreza, Statistician II of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) who placed Second and Ms. April Princess Maye P. Catubig, Administrative Clerk of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) finishing Third Place.

Fifteen institutions participated in this Quiz Show coming from the national government agencies (11), local government units (2), and higher education institutions (2), namely: Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), BFP, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Department of Agriculture (DA), DOLE, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), DTI, Land Transportation Office (LTO), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), Philippine Ports Authority - Cagayan de Oro Port Management Office, Gingoog City Colleges, Inc. (GCCI), Misamis Oriental Institute of Science and Technology (MOIST), City Civil Registrar Office - Cagayan de Oro, and City Planning and Development Office - Gingoog.

The other 5 finalists were: Ms. Irish Maika R. Lam (Clerk IV, PPA-PMO CDO),Ms. Joycie A. Yañez (PMES staff, BFAR), Mr. Marlon M. Aquino (Statistician II, BIR),Mr. Johmar V. Dagondon (Instructor, GCCI), and Ms. Angelie Camille V. Añabieza (Project Development Assistant I, DA).

The Inter-Agency Statistics Quiz Show is an annual activity of the Regional Statistics Committee X every NSM celebration in the region with the aim of instilling and raising awareness of official statistics in the government sector and academe.
