Ms. Crisha Mae G. Paitan, Municipal Civil Registrar of the Local Government Unit of Tubod, Lanao del Norte, ranked Third during the conduct of 3rd National Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (3NRCRVS) Quiz Bee for Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) held on 27 February 2023 at Luxent Hotel, Quezon City.

Among the seventeen (17) participants from the different regions in the country, Mr. Roberto Guieb of Region IX was declared as the Second Placer and Mr. Romeo Alcantara, Jr. of the National Capital Region as the Champion.

The 3NCRVS Quiz Bee was conducted in celebration of the 33rd Civil Registration Month with the theme “PSA @10: Providing efficient and effective Civil Registration and Vital Statistics through Digital Transformation” which aims to strengthen the advocacy of the PSA for an efficient and effective civil registration and vital statistics through Digital Transformation.
