Ms. Marichu R. Violon, Municipal Civil Registrar of the LGU Sumilao, Bukidnon, ranked Second Place during the 2nd National Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (2NCRVS) Quiz Bee for Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) held on 23 February 2022 via Zoom and live streamed at PSA Facebook page.

Among the eighteen (18) participants from the different regions in the country,Mr. Cerelito V. Basanez of Region XIII-Caraga was declared as Champion and Ms. Rosemarie L. Alecida of Region XI-Davao Region placed Third.

The 2NCRVS Quiz Bee for LCROs was conducted in celebration of the 32nd Civil Registration Month with the theme “Improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Implementation Strategies through Digital Transformation” which aims to intensify the advocacy of the PSA for an efficient and effective civil registration and vital statistics.
