Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) proudly participated in the National Housing Authority's (NHA) People’s Caravan held on October 29, 2024, at Brgy. Mambuaya. This collaboration aimed to provide essential services to the community, promoting access to vital documentation and support.
During the event, the PSA offered several key services, including National ID Registration and status inquiry, consultations, and assistance with security papers such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, CENOMAR, and CENODEATH. The initiative reflects the PSA’s commitment to enhancing the lives of Filipinos by ensuring they have access to important identity documents.
“We are in honor that the invited agencies accepted our request to join this caravan, allowing us to connect with the community and offer essential services that support their daily lives,” said Engr. Madeline Gilda S. Abellera, OIC - Regional Manager of NHA. “Events like these allow us to directly engage with the public and address their needs effectively.”
The People’s Caravan is part of a broader effort by the NHA to reach out to underserved communities, ensuring that essential government services are accessible to all citizens. The event saw a significant turnout, with community members taking advantage of the services provided.
